After the busy week is by with, we bring you a night in to renew and reset from head to toe, ready to step into your weekend. A chance for you to connect, have fulfilling conversations and a bit of fun!
Our evening begins with a meditation to centre ourselves, followed by a self facial massage guided by the wonderful Amanda from Skin Luxe. She will teach us lymphatic drainage techniques to remove toxins from the tissues. The session will release tension in the face and the increase in circulation will leave you with brighter, awakened skin.
Continuing to release tension throughout the rest of the mind and body we will move through a Slow Flow Yoga practice mixing up tempos and focusing on breath.
Time for a tipple! A Prosecco (or Nosecco if you’d prefer) some picky snacks and time to chat.
Winding down our evening with a Yoga Nidra session and light touch massage, to leave completely chilled and relaxed. Oh what a night!
