
If you are new to Yoga our Beginners Yoga Block is for you!
A 4-week journey led by Laura M, this is an opportunity to reconnect with your body through gentle, accessible movement in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
This block is open to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or flexibility.
Content:
~ Learn the foundational poses of yoga (Asana)
~ Introduction to gentle flow
~ Simple breath work (Pranayama)
~ Mindfully stretch, strengthen & unwind
~ Confidently use yoga props like blocks, straps, and cushions to support your body
~ Enjoy being part of a friendly, safe and inclusive community
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or in need of practice, this is your time to move at your own pace and feel good again.

Block series will be refundable up to 14 days prior to the first day of the block. After this a refund will not be issued but can be transferred only prior to block start.
