
Spring energy is awakening, the energy is shifting upwards. Just looking at nature we see new buds on the trees bursting with energy. It is a time of year for new challenges and personal growth as we stretch ourselves out of winter towards new beginnings.
Spring is associate with the Wood element which is governed by the gallbladder and liver. We look where these energy lines run in our body and discuss how their energy both positive and negative affect our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. We open and cleanse these energy lines using, Chi Gong, Tia Chi, Yin yoga flowing into Yoga Nidra designed to cultivate the positive energy of Spring.
This workshop will include:
A gentle yoga, chi gong and tai chi practice.
Breathing techniques for this time of year.
Yoga Nidra to completely relax.
Food provided that is in line with seasonal eating.
