Seasons of Change is a warm and nurturing circle created to honour your cycles and chapters. A space to pause, reconnect, and rediscover yourself as your body and life evolve.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, Reiki-infused relaxation and guided journaling, you’ll be supported to soften into your own rhythm, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Together we’ll explore what it means to move through perimenopause and menopause with an awakened sense of self, opening a new chapter for softness, strength, creativity, and renewal.
Each gathering includes:
• Grounding breathwork and gentle movement to support hormonal balance and ease tension
• Time for journaling and self-reflection
• Sharing circle (optional, always at your own pace)
• Deep rest and Reiki healing to soothe the nervous system
• Herbal tea and quiet connection with like-minded women
