It’s in the name. Our beautiful, boutique studio situated in the charming village of Mauchline is welcoming, tranquil and encompasses a positive, sincere aura with an affection for the yoga practice and everyone who walks through our door.
A place where you can strike balance in your life for physical and mental well-being. We do the work! From passive, tension releasing practices through to dynamic strengthening ones.
We are down to Earth, encouraging and always up for a laugh. We hope you find yourself here and connect with our small but wonderful community.
We host regular themed workshops and retreats as an opportunity to enhance your knowledge and practice, or bring that in depth wind down experience.
